Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Savadeck online shop operated by Savadeck d.o.o., Bulevar oslobođenja 123, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices shown include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Product images are illustrative; slight colour variation may occur between the screen display and actual product. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before order confirmation.

3. Orders

An order is binding once you receive a confirmation email with an order reference number. We may decline orders due to stock availability, delivery restrictions, or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available to the addresses we serve. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on the shipping method selected. Pickup is available at designated warehouse locations.

5. Returns and Cancellations

For consumer purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Custom-cut or made-to-measure products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Contact us at shop@savadeck.com to initiate a return.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods ordered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages except where prohibited by mandatory law.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Savadeck d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Belgrade.
